Façade finish according to design combining porcelain stoneware and waterproof single-layer mortar, finished with
paint coating.

Non-accessible flat roof with extruded polystyrene thermal insulation. Asphalt membrane finished with a gravel
protective layer for a waterproofing roof, according to CTE.
